To use Melway Maps on your Web-Site
Melway Publishing will be happy to consider your request to include small portions of our Brisway, Melway or Sydway map images on your website. Under most circumstances we do not make any additional charge to use our images in such a way. You may however be required to cover the cost of supply (usually via purchasing the data under the appropriate license for you/your organisation. You will need to contact us either by email or fax (feel free to use our feedback form) and provide brief details explaining what the images will be used for and how many (or how much of our Street Directory) you intend to reproduce.
Once you have been granted permission you will be asked to include our copyright notice (please modify the edition number as appropriate):-
Copyright Melway Publishing [Current Year]. Reproduced from Melway Edition [Edition Number] with permission.
or
Copyright Melway Publishing [Current Year]. Reproduced from Sydway Edition [Edition Number] with permission.
or
Copyright Melway Publishing [Current Year]. Reproduced from Brisway Edition [Edition Number] with permission.
AND include a link through the appropriate Brisway, Sydway, Melway or Ausway logo back to our home page (http://www.melway.com.au).
Please include the appropriate Brisway, Melway or Sydway map number and reference (for example 70 F6).
Maps should NOT be scanned from our printed directories to ensure quality. Likewise maps should be updated regularly (at lease every three editions). Remember that you could also use portions of our key and tourist maps as printed in the directory when you want to show your general location in conjunction with your exact location on a portion of a normal street directory map.
You may annotate our map(s) to help your friends or clients find you, but you may not alter our maps (eg. you cannot alter our map colours, remove or change map content)
